I found the staff very helpful. They stored my luggage before check-in. The breakfast included croissants, cheese, ham, and fruits. It offered a good start to the day. I appreciated the option to leave my suitcase after checkout.
The wifi signal was weak in the rooms. It worked best only near the reception desk. This made it slightly inconvenient for planning my day.

The location was acceptable. It allowed quick access to many sights.
My room was disappointing. The air conditioning did not work at all. the room also had cracked mirrors. I thought this was a safety hazard. the decor was old and not well maintained. It gave the room an unpleasant feeling.
